I've seen that, it looks good.  I was hoping that some commercial mirror 
makers had done a few as examples.  Kennedy is so darn conservative, he 
never wants to be the first, he always wants a "sure thing"

How would the custom design differ from your regular 32" design?

Sure, I can understand that.  The same reason we only make telescopes from 
22" to 40" .

1. Now that you have had more experience with mirror casting, have you 
found a way to eliminate the bubbles?  This concerns Kennedy greatly, 
because of the chance of abrasives remaining in the pits from previous 
grades of polish.

2. I realize that the mirrors are probably cast face up, does that make the 
bubbles rise to the surface?

3. Do you have any way to offer a pregenerated curve to the face, or ground 
flat back, like a conventional blank?

4. Where are you guys located?
